NSW Swifts Assistant Coach Robert Wright has put together another 'Seven of the Best' highlights package from the 2012 ANZ Championship.

This week, Rob turns the spotlight on his choice for 'Seven of the Best: SHOTS'. Watch the video and let us know which feed you would pick as your favourite at nswswifts.com.au.

Rob Wright has provided us with some of 'his thinking' behind the choice of his 'Seven of the Best: Great Feeds'. Your choice whether you watch first, or read the reasoning.

1. Round 12: WBOP Magic's Irene van Dyk v Northern Mystics
Fantastic awareness to decide to lay up this ball before the Mystics' defenders could get set - great skill, balance and creativity from the GS to execute this shot.

2. Major Semi-Final: Melbourne Vixens' Tegan Caldwell v Northern Mystics
Vixens were down by five goals with three seconds left in the first quarter of the Semi-Final. Caldwell goes to the post and delivers just before the buzzer -- it was a great lift for her team.

3. Major Semi-Final: Northern Mystics' Maria Tutaia v Melbourne Vixens
The second option from this great match, it was a stunning long range effort under heavy defensive pressure during the fourth quarter. It was classic Maria -- great technique and nothing but net.

4. Round 9: Queensland Firebirds' Natalia Medhurst v West Coast Fever
After being heavily involved in the lead up play, Medhurt finishes off with this stunning long range effort. She never looked like missing.

5. Round 1: NSW Swifts' Carla Dziwoki v Adelaide Thunderbirds
What a great way to kick-off your ANZ Championship season. It was Carla's first shot of the season -- she takes the ball at a distance and puts away the shot. She backed herself and delivered.

6. Round 8: Northern Mystics' Cathrine Latu v Melbourne Vixens
This goal-scoring machine shoots almost exclusively inside the red paint. This shot, with less than two seconds left on the clock, shows Latu can also shoot at range. A great shot under defensive and time pressure.

7. Minor Semi-Final: WBOP Magic's Julianna Naoupu v Adelaide Thunderbirds
Naoupu shows with this shot why she was named the 2012 ANZ Championship Best Young Player. Three goals down, with just over four minutes left in the elimination Semi-Final and she goes to the post. A huge shot under pressure and a great effort.

Now that Rob has shared his most memorable shooting moments, Swifts HQ would love to hear what YOU think! Vote below on which of the seven shots is your favourite for 2012.
