This is Sins of a Solar Empire 2, a brand new space strategy game that offers a deep and complex, yet fast paced and fun space RTS experience. I love me a good space 4X, and thanks to ‪@stardockgames‬ , I'm able to give you this showcase and guide to Sins of a Solar Empire II, a game that for me came out of nowhere and blue me away with its beautiful visuals and unique mechanics.

What I found so fascinating about SOASE2 is the fact that it manages to blend deep manual inputs from the user, which means that you can essentially micromanage as much as you want, with automation and streamlining of the UI, meaning that once you become a larger empire and need to move faster, the game factors for that by allowing you to manage multiple planets and fleets from the same windows. Add on things like tech development, colonization, diplomacy and again, those awesome space battles - and the idea of Star Wars mods for this game - and you got yourself a fantastic space strategy game that rivals the best of them!
