I went back to the D800e for my "high resolution" photography sensor. I think these old Nikon bodies certainly have a place in modern photography, even for "professional" work.

Nikon has some of my favorite images coming straight from the camera, especially their past bodies. The D800e is the embodiment of this because of its large megapixel full frame sensor, beautiful dynamic range, and classic Nikon colors.
