May needs to dodge so many moves against Regirock, because she lacks healing and also can't debuff speed, May needs to rely on her strong attack power and evasion to cheese a victory

Get 2 tm mprs to max evasion, don't get flinched and hope for as many moves as possible to miss. After Regirock uses Iron Defense on Bar 2, stall before moving to Bar 3 to have the crit shield run out for May's sync on Bar 3. Attack a few times on Bar 3 and pray Regirock doesn't hit you and doesn't lower your defense

You technically don't need skill gears, as it was first done in 2022, but please don't try to attempt without it. Skill gears makes this run go from unbearable to just really annoying. The more stats and physical dr gears you get, the easier this battle will be
