Microvast is a battery company. Microvast will merge with the SPAC that's trading as the THCB stock. In this video we'll look at the pro forma valuation of Microvast, which will be acquired by a SPAC trading as the THCB stock. Then we'll check out what the fair valuation of Microvast is according to the THCB SPAC and Microvast themselves.

And finally we'll calculate the fair market cap and price per share of the THCB stock, or basically, of Microvast after it has been acquired by the THCB SPAC.

Keep in mind the video is just based on numbers from the investor presentation. The numbers are not a representation of my own opinions.
