EVERYTHING I EAT IN A DAY high protein to grow an absolute phatty hehe. I'll leave all the recipes + final calories below! :)

BREAKFAST: EGG WHITE OATS
150-180g egg whites
30-50g oats
tsp vanilla + caramel (make sure it’s pure extract not just sugar)
1/2 banana
30g bloobs
15g almond butta
cinnamon
*i also had 150g yoghurt on the side

LUNCH: HIGH PROTEIN PANCAKES
2 whole eggs (separated, whites whipped into stiff peaks)
50g banana (mashed)
1/2tsp baking soda
1tsp vinegar
1tsp vanilla
1tsp caramel extract
butt tonne of cinnamon
TINY sprinkle of nutmeg + some ginger

topped with:
15g almond butter
50g vanilla quark
50g frozen blueberries
50g ricotta

DINNER: BEEF BOWL
80g cooked beef
150g cooked sweet potato
4 eggs
spinach, cucumber, jalapeños, pickles
topped with nooch (nutritional yeast), ebb jalapeño seasoning, chipotle cholula

PUDDING: HIGH PROTEIN YOGHURT BOWL
300g 0% fat greek yoghurt (combo of FAGE + quark)
100g ricotta
100g cottage cheese
65g frozen bloobs
33g banana
30g almond butta

TOTAL CALORIES FOR THE DAY: 1,803
