Here’s a simple recipe to make it at home:

Ingredients:

2 medium-sized carrots (grated)

2 tblspn Rice

2 cups milk

¼ cup sugar (adjust to taste)

½ teaspoon cardamom powder

8-10 almonds (sliced)

Instructions:
1️⃣ Heat ghee in a pan

2️⃣ Add the grated carrots to the pan and saute for 4-5 minutes until they soften and add Soke Rice for 30mins and broke the rice before adding.

3️⃣ Pour in the milk and let it simmer on low heat for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4️⃣ Add sugar, then stir well until dissolved.

5️⃣ Let the kheer cook for another 5 minutes until it thickens slightly.

6️⃣ Sprinkle cardamom powder and mix well.

7️⃣ Garnish with nuts.

Serve warm or chilled as per your preference.
