In this video I discuss about Directorate of Higher Education (DHE), Assam has released the official notification of DHE Assam Combined Merit Scholarship 2023 – 2024. Students pursuing Under Graduate and Post Graduate course in Arts/ Science/ Commerce discipline in any recognized institution for the academic session 2023 – 2024 are eligible for this scheme. Interested candidates may apply online for this scholarship.

After final submission of online application form, take a printout and submit the hardcopy to the concerned Registrar/ Principal/ Head of the Institute along with the necessary copies of certificates/documents.

The committee constituted at the College or the University level, will compile and verify the application form and other relevant documents as per guidelines and instructions. After necessary verification the concerned Registrar/Principal/ Head of the Institutions will submit the valid online application form alongwith all relevant certificates/documents with statement to the O/o Directorate of Higher Education, Assam, Kahilipara, Guwahati-781019 under their seal and signature on or before 7th December, 2023 positively.
