COMMENT: I'm going to repeat what I said in my previous upload. If Disney's earnings for this quarter were to be a little lower than usual, and if gutting Jimmy Kimmel in favor of Steve Harvey and his "Family Feud" reruns almost entirely was the reason why, let me just say that it will not be terribly surprising. All Jimmy Kimmel did was, in addition to condemning the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, object to the cynical effort by the Trump administration to silence, murder and forcibly disappear all of its opponents in response, and Bob Iger did him DIRTY over it, though you can't solely fault him over it; he was egged on it by a Nexstar executive who then had FCC chairman Brendan Carr force the plug to be pulled on Kimmel. I will bet that the ‪@ACLU‬ will likely sue Disney, Nexstar and Brendan Carr over what happened to Jimmy Kimmel's show if he isn't returned to the late night schedule as "soon" as ABC reportedly hoped, according to sources from Deadline Hollywood. He didn't even get a chance to do a farewell show to the viewers before his show was canned!
