Hello, my lovely Suellies! I am revisiting an old favorite. Korean black bean noodles!! Although its origins come from China, Koreans have made it into one of their comfort foods. And who am I to question this rationale. Haven't we Americans found inspiration from the Chinese (cream cheese crab rangoons), the Italians (fettuccine Alfredo), the Irish (Guiness ice cream), etc. All I know is that this brand makes the very best tasting jajangmyeon on the planet.
