In this video, we’ll show you how quick and easy it is to get your first instant support session up and running.

First, we’ll show you how to confirm that the instant support capability has been successfully added to your VNC Connect subscription, and how to grant a person in your team technician permissions.

Then, we’ll demo a live support session, connecting from a local Mac to a remote Windows computer without any remote access software installed on that remote computer in advance. You’ll see how to initiate a session, and what the end user must do in order to confirm you are who you say you are.

Once the screen is shared, we’ll show you how to elevate session permissions so you can perform administrative operations on the remote computer, chat with the end user, transfer files in either direction, and reboot the remote computer.

At the end of the session, we’ll explain where to find an audit log for the session.
