Here are all the Upgrades for the Praxic Blade for Destiny 2: Renegades. Not including the Dark Crystals.

Blade Forms:

Balance Form is unlocked by getting the exotic for the first time.

Defensive Form: Part of the Praxic Path Exotic given after the main campaign is finished.

Offensive Form: Part of the Way Between quest for the dungeon. Finish the 1st Trial and 1 dungeon completion to get the form.

Blade Focus:

Forceful Blade, Crystal Strength, & Grip I - III: Each of these can be earned from getting max rep with all of the Syndicates. Rank 5 for one of the three mods.

Blade Ammo: Earning a Massive Weekly Shipment. To unlock a massive weekly shipment. You need to be rank 5 with 1 of the Syndicates. While allied with them. Complete 3 high-priority contracts before the weekly reset and claim near Spider to get the mod.

Invigorating Blade: Part of the Way Between quest for the dungeon. Finish the 2nd Trial and 1 dungeon completion to get the mod.

Blade Cores:

Impact Core: From Friday - Monday Reset. The Core will be sold for 4000 credits in the cantina next to Aunor.

Refraction Core: A random chance to get when giving 100 credits to the Fallen NPC found outside, next to junk piles.

Gyro Core: Part of the Way Between quest for the dungeon. Finish the 3rd Trial and 1 dungeon completion to get the core.

Catalysts:

First 3 found in Fire and Ice Mission

Echoing Blade: Can be done on Brave difficulty. Find all 7 Oddities before the 1st encounter. Must be with the Praxic Blade.

Upper Hand: Must be done on Legendary difficulty. During the 1st encounter. Unbalance the scales for each of the orbs. Must be unique ones. When done correctly yellow bar will spawn for each. Kill each one to create a taken orb on a pillar. Destroy all 4 orbs to spawn a Taken Orge boss.

Hyperblade: Must be done on Legendary difficulty. At the very start of the mission. You must kill 2 taken minotaurs outside. 1 on the left and right sides. before heading to the boss's room. You will need to head back to where you killed the minotaurs and break the 2 takens orbs. During the boss fights. Instead of only balancing the dark orbs. You will need to do light orbs as well.

Make sure when in Praxic vualt to pick up the catalyst at the end.

Energy Conduit: Part of the Way Between quest for the dungeon. Finish the Final Trial.

The Way Between Explained.

After finishing 1 Dungeon run, you will get an artifact to place down in the same area as the 1st encounter. Each time you get an artifact and finish 1 dungeon clear. You will get the next upgrade until the final one.

Trial 1 - 1st Encounter
Trial 2 - Before 2nd Encounter
Trial 3 - After 2nd Encounter
Final Trial - In the Artifact room

Each trial requires you get shadow master buff. Killing the Darkness Eyes to gain more stacks and time for the trial. Reaching Master Shadow will break the shield of the captain. Use the praxic blade to break the taken orbs to proceed to the next rooms. Each Trial has 3 parts to it.
