I liked the look of this model when some of the websites were selling them off cheaply so I bought one with a view to fitting sound. It wasn't too bad and if it wasnt for the stay alive it would have been quite a simple job. I had to take the circuit board out to fit the stay alive and hard wire the decoder., the speaker is a 15x11 sugarcube connected to an enclosure which Bachmann had already provided. It's a great sound file by Wheeltappers, one of the things I like about his sounds is the loudness of the train cocks and safety valve, they really stand out against the other sounds, like the real thing.
