Samatvam, the Mindfulness Center at IIM Bodh Gaya, proudly organizes the bi-annual flagship event, the 2nd International Research Conference on Mindfulness (IRCM 24). In an era of relentless change, where stress permeates every facet of life, mindfulness stands as a guiding light, helping us navigate through turbulence with calm and clarity. Just as a kite remains anchored by its string, mindfulness directs our minds, shaping us into better individuals for ourselves and society.

In this keynote session, titled "Leading with Dignity: How to Create a Culture that Brings Out the Best in People", Dr. Dona Hicks will explore how dignified leadership can transform organizational cultures, fostering environments where individuals can thrive and reach their full potential. Dr. Donna Hicks is an Associate at the Weatherhead Center for International Affairs, Harvard University. Dr. Hicks was Deputy Director of the Program on International Conflict Analysis and Resolution (PICAR) at the Weatherhead Center for International Affairs at Harvard University.

This conference is more than just an event—it's a journey toward personal growth and societal betterment. Together, we will explore how mindfulness can lead to deeper compassion and empathy, positively impacting our lives and the world around us.
