Описание к видео Steam Locomotive 3801 - Steam to the Surf Tour + Cockatoo Run, 15th October 2023

Across the weekend of 14th/15th October 2023, the NSW Rail Museum and Transport Heritage NSW ran the 'Steam to the Surf' tour from Sydney to Wollongong featuring Steam Locomotive 3801. We got to travel on board the trip on the Sunday 15th October. This was the first Heritage Tour that 3801 has performed on the South Coast Line since 2007.

Before our tour commenced, we also got to see the ECHR Cockatoo Run with Diesel Locomotives 42105 and 42101 departing Central. This was also an offical relaunch tour for 42105, having recently been overhauled and returned to service.
