Catch & Cook AZ Pond Catfish & Trout! (Safe to Eat?)

Urban Arizona pond fishing for trout and catfish! These ones we put to the taste test. I know not everyone thinks you can eat out of these ponds but these fish are stocked for just that!

The trout had been in here no longer than a week, and the catfish about a month. As long as eaten in moderation these fish are just fine to eat. Even more so when you fry them and make fish tacos!

I hope you all enjoy this catch and cook because I am wanting to do more of them here soon. Urban Arizona has some great fishing, and the fish can be mighty tasty.
