On the 6th of July 2019, 84 riders arrived at the Scottish city of Inverness. They had travelled from across the globe to take part in the inaugural edition of the Pan Celtic Race. Little did they know what was in store for them as they signed on for the longest, ultra-endurance in the British Isles. Strong winds, biblical rain, wilderness and high mountain passes awaited them. Arriving as strangers, firms bond of rivalry and friendships were forged. Once started, the clock wouldn’t stop until they either arrive at the finish or withdraw. This is their story
