In the days leading up to the handover of Hong Kong, ABC 10 traveled to Hong Kong to explore what the Return to China meant to the people who lived there and also to relationships with Northern California. The handover in 1997 marked the end of British rule in Hong Kong and the change to a special administrative region of the People's Republic of China.
