Synopsis: Set during Japan’s Edo period, the story follows Jinta, a young man who, along with his sister, seeks refuge in a secluded mountain village after fleeing their home. Years later, Jinta has become a skilled swordsman dedicated to protecting Suzune, the village shrine’s priestess. Tasked with eliminating a demon threatening the shrine, Jinta confronts the creature in the forest, only to discover a startling revelation: the demon speaks of events 170 years into the future, where Jinta must face it once more. This epic fantasy spans multiple eras, chronicling Jinta’s pursuit of the demon through time as he grapples with his own inner darkness.
