One of the biggest concerns is the finance, which stops us from starting new aspiring commune or settling into an existing one. Even for those who take the step to join the commune, the financial concern persists if not on the personal level but for the organization as a whole. If someone wishes to start a business within a spiritual commune, should they rely on the conventional models from the past or should they first immerse themselves in the spirit of the commune and wait for the inspiration to guide their steps?

Others do feel the need for change but are unsure of the direction to take—whether it is a search for the Divine or for their psychic being.
