The International Criminal Court Pre-Trial Chamber I has resumed its confirmation of charges for former Pres. Rodrigo Duterte at The Hague, the Netherlands. The prosecution is expected to continue with its presentation of arguments to help the judges decide on whether or not to proceed with the trial. As expected, FPRRD will not be attending the hearing.
