Confiança na Filantropia

The international online event "Confiança na Filantropia", promoted by PonteAponte (Brazil) and Maecenata Foundation (Germany) happened on May 3rd, from 3pm to 5pm (CET).

With more than 130 participants from all over Brazil, in addition to partners from Latin America, the United States, Germany, and Europe, the event featured a wide range of representatives - collective organizations, government, companies, institutes, CSOs, consultancies, academia, media, associative networks, among others, who discussed the issue of trust in philanthropy.

During the event, we launched the translated article into Portuguese (BR) "Trust in Philanthropy: a monitoring and self-assessment tool (link here: https://www.maecenata.eu/2022/05/02/t... ), translated by Luisa Bonin, a Brazilian researcher at Maecenata Foundation Berlin and German Chancellor Fellow from the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation. We also had the participation of Dr. Rupert Graf Strachwitz, CEO of the Maecenata Foundation and one of the authors of the article.

There was also a presentation of the beta version of a virtual self-assessment reflection for social investors and philanthropists, created by ponteAponte, freely inspired and adapted from Maecenata Foundation Philanthropy.Insight Assessment Tool, and a round of analysis with eight panelists.
