I travelled down to the Coomera River to try my luck and catch some whiting. Obviously I was not chasing the smaller variety, I was chasing those 40+ cm variety and while it took me awhile, at the end of the day I had one in the esky.
The only downside is I lost my hat - that bloody 10 knot wind.
It was hard work early but after finding a new stomping ground - I ended up with some quality fish.
