I have a very serious video for you guys.

Sorry that I don't make sense (per usual). However, I'm not gonna lie this video is very boring. It's a serious topic and I had also recorded it at 3 AM and I didn't want to be too loud (or excited) so it's quite monotone.

But the message that I am promoting throughout this video is SO EXTREMELY important: self love/self appreciation/ and ignoring what others think of you. Becoming confident, feeling beautiful and empowered, loving yourself for who you are ARE ALL SO IMPORTANT.

I wanted to stress these ideals and goals during the National Eating Disorder Awareness Week so I sat in front of my computer - no makeup on, hair completely air-dried, mostly undressed - me in my naked skin. And yes, there are shots that I wish I would've looked better, but that's me in "the raw" and I am proud and loving of myself and confident enough to post this.

I hope you guys will join me and post a video of you in your "naked skin" and talk about goals you have for yourself. If you do, please post it and tag me in it. I want to see all of you beautiful people become more confident and aware of your true beauty.
