Recently, I bought a pair of shoes that I actually didn’t want at all. Because my first thought was simply: My goodness, these shoes are ugly! However, that wasn’t my very first thought.
When I saw the shoes on the shelf, I actually thought they looked really beautiful. I really like this kind of polka-dot pattern. It has such a lovely vintage feel. But then I picked them up and saw the toe of the shoe… and immediately prayed to the goddess of shoes, asking why on earth she could allow something like this.
Well, maybe so I can show you what a designer should definitely avoid doing!
