2019 was a big year and a ton of fun. We made a lot of changes in our business and have a lot instore for 2020 as well. This video goes over my goals for 2019 and how I did with those goals as well as my goals for 2020.

Here are a few things that happened in 2019:

Flipped 23 houses

Bought $1.3 million worth of rental properties

Bought a 1994 Supra twin turbo 6 speed

Published 2 books

I had bigger goals that I did not reach that I go over in the video.

For 2020 I plan to:

Flip 15 houses

Write 2 books

Buy 50k square feet of rentals

Possibly buy another car
