A two stage crushing and screening plant basically consists of a primary jaw crusher that feeds to a secondary crusher and then the crushed material is screened to desired fractions.

The SMAN 150 tph 2 stage crushing and screening plant as seen here is further equipped with a 25 cubic meter primary feed intake hopper, a primary grizzly feeder, Single toggle jaw crusher that crushes the 650 mm large boulders down to 180 mm which is then stored in a 25 cubic surge bin, where in a secondary feeder forwards this material to the secondary cone crusher, this machine further crushes the 180 mm material down to 0 to 40 mm & then screened via a vibratory screen to obtain 3 or 4 different sizes of aggregates as per clients requirements.
