Harbin's Street Food Breakfast Scene: SPARE RIB BAO BUNS! (+ more)

I got up bright and early to go to one of China's most famous morning markets: Hongzhuan Street Morning Market. At 7 a.m., the place was already PACKED! I've never seen so many queues so early in the morning. And in China, if you see people queueing for food, that usually means they're waiting to buy something that tastes really bloody good.

But to make the experience a bit more fun, I decided to join the longest queues at the market, and buy whatever was waiting for me once I got to the front. And in doing so, I discovered one of the most amazing breakfast dishes I've ever tried, Spare Rib Bao Buns!

Bao buns, with an entire spare rib (plus bone!) inside!!!!!
