👤 ABOUT JAY FIELDS

Jay is an educator, coach and author who has taught the principles of embodied social, emotional and relational intelligence to individuals and organizations for twenty years. Hundreds of thousands of learners have watched her courses on Linkedin Learning, including Managing Your Emotions at Work, Practices for Regulating your Nervous System and Reducing Stress, and Overcoming Insecurity for More Confidence at Work. When not working with clients, you can find Jay riding her motorcycle with her husband in the mountains outside of California where they live.

Jay ist Pädagogin, Coach und Autorin und hat sich in den letzten 20 Jahren intensiv mit den Prinzipien von sozialer, emotionaler und Beziehungs-Intelligenz befasst.
