Jowar & Oats Choco chip Biscuits🍪

Ingredients :
Oats – 3/4th cup
Almonds – 1/4th cup
Jowar flour(any millet flour or gluten free flour) – 3/4th cup
Jaggery powder – 1/4th cup
Milk Powder – 3 tbsp
Cinnamon powder - 1/4th tsp
Melted salted butter – 1/3rd cup
Cold milk – 1 to 2 tbsp

Oats - 2 tbsp
Almonds chopped - 1 tbsp
Choco chips - 2 tbsp

Method :
Grind oats, almonds, jowar flour, milk powder, jaggery, cinnamon powder & salt & make a fine powder.
Add melted butter & mix till crumbly in texture.
Add cold milk in intervals to form a dough.
Add oats, almonds & choco chips, combine and shape them
Bake in 2 lined baking papers @170*C FOr 15-18 mins. Cool completely
