After a bad experience in Rwanda it was time to return to the Pearl of Africa! I had to pay a bribe in order to get back in because of visa issues but all was good. After visiting some pretty rough areas of Uganda the week before I was reached out by a local ‪@JoelObertan‬ who offered to show me the real ghetto! So I returned and he showed me around this notorious part of the country 🇺🇬
