How to Create Subscription Groups:
Step 1: Navigate to the Subscription Groups Tab
Head over to your Easy Subscription dashboard and find the “Subscription Groups” tab.
Click on "Create Group" to start the process.
Step 2: Name Your Group
Choose a name for your subscription group (for internal use only).
Step 3: Select Subscription Options
Decide whether the product will be available as a subscription-only or as both a one-time purchase and subscription.
Step 4: Add Subscription Products
Add the products you want to offer in the subscription group. Currently, you can add products one by one, but we are working on features like adding entire collections soon!
Step 5: Configure Subscription Frequency
Set the delivery frequency. Choose between pay-as-you-go or prepaid options.
Need more than one frequency? Simply click “Add Frequency” to create multiple options.
Step 6: Offer Discounts (Optional)
Want to give your subscribers a deal? Toggle the “Offer Discount” option and set your discount rate for the subscription group.
Step 7: Configure Product Swapping (Optional)
Allow your customers to swap products in their subscriptions. Select the products they can switch to in their customer portal.
Step 8: Configure Fallback Product (Optional)
Avoid stock issues by setting a fallback product that will be sent if a selected item becomes unavailable.
Step 9: Save Your Group
Hit “Save” and you’re all set! Your subscription group is ready to go live and bring in recurring revenue.
