At least 10 Killed as Israel Raids West Bank in "Counterterrorism Operation" | Firstpost America

Israel has carried out massive raids across West Bank as it launched a "special counterterrorism operation." Israel carried out military operations in four Northern West Bank cities including Jenin, Tulkarm, Tubas and Nablus. Meanwhile, Palestinian Health Officials say that at least 10 civilians were killed. However, Israel says that it killed terrorists as part of the pre-emptive operation. Meanwhile, Hamas has accepted that it lost 5 fighters in the recent raid. Prime Minister Netanyahu's office has said that the raids were successful in seizing weapons and ammunition that could have been used against Israel in the future. The United Nations has accused Israel of spiking tensions in the region.
