This is actually a recipe for the instapot. I didn't have one when I found it so I've always used my oven. I might have to try the instapot. This is also a great freezer meal. Just mix up the sauce, add the uncooked chicken and put it in a gallon freezer bag. When ready, thaw it and dump in a baking dish, or your instapot and it's ready to cook!

I just left out the cranberries and orange zest and replaced them with about a cup of diced pears, 1/2-3/4 cup of white chocolate chips and about a tsp of ground ginger. I'd probably do 1 1/2 tsp ginger next time.
Tortillas :
3 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp salt
1 Tbs baking powder
1 cup of water
1/2 cup butter

Mix the flour, salt and baking powder.
Melt the butter in 1 cup of water in the microwave.
Add the hot butter and water to the flour and mix to form a dough.
Knead the dough till smooth.
Cover with plastic and rest for 10 minutes.
Portion the dough into 10-12 dough balls.
Cover with plastic and rest for 10 more minutes.
On a floured surface, roll out a dough ball very thinly and place in a hot pan.
When bubbles start to form, flip to the other side and cook for 30 seconds.
Flip back over for a few more seconds and remove the tortilla onto a plate and cover with a cloth while you repeat this process to cook the rest of the tortillas. Enjoy!
