On the first anniversary of Shri Ram Mandir inaugration, we break down the legal battle that spanned generations and explore the arguments presented by both the Hindu and Muslim sides. The Hindu side has consistently asserted that the site of the Ram Mandir is sacred, linked directly to Lord Ram's birthplace, while the Muslim side has claimed that the site was originally a mosque. We examine crucial evidence, from the first FIR in 1858 to the findings from the ASI excavations, which support the claim that the Babri Masjid was built upon the remains of an ancient Hindu temple.

We also address the role of controversial figures like Irfan Habib, Romila Thapar, and other Marxist historians, who have spread false narratives about the site being a purely Muslim structure. The historical and archaeological findings from experts confirm that there was a Hindu temple beneath the Babri Masjid, which challenges the misinformation spread over the years.
