Patch 14.19 is much smaller than Patch 14.18 was and thus the meta has not shifted too substantially. Even the nerf to Kalista didn't remove it from the meta, so now we are firmly in a 4-cost based meta where you should default to a few main options: Karma, Ryze, Kalista, and Varus.
