Baking 3 Sourdough Discard Scone Recipes

I just got a sourdough starter for the first time this year and have been experimenting with it so much! This video was such a blast to do for so many reasons but I especially love that we were able to bless our local law enforcement! If you try any of these let me know what you think in the comments! also, the blueberry recipe technically doesn't call for lemon but I chose to add it in the video. I just added a bit of zest to the actual scones and glaze. I also added lemon juice to the glaze! that's it!
