So we wrapped up the Nerubian storyline, the earthen, we've already struck a blow at Xal'atath so what exactly is going to come next for the War Within? The official roadmap is coming soon giving us the timeline for the next 2 patches but we already have a ton of hints, datamined items and quests pointing us in the right direction. The rootlands is very likely the next zone with an entire sea of old god blood, we got the haranir the very likely next playable allied race.

We will be dealing with the roots of the original world tree, the titan, elune connection, potentially the inception of the Emerald Dream. Next down the line we might uncover the goblin city of Undermine and we might learn that they dug out the old god blood which is what destroyed Kezan, it wasn't just Deathwing. Furthermore we got hints for ethereals, void, Xal'atath and a whole lot of world soul stuff. So what do we know and what could War Within look like in the next few patches?
