Rakhine (Arakanese) dance was performed in Burmese Songkran, Sydney, April 2, 2011. This special dance was performed by two gorgeous and very young Sydney Rakhine princesses. It was really wonderful to watch these dedicated little Rakhines perform to Roema Ransi.

"The song Roema Ransi was sung in Arakanese by Nya Zin Khine. This song is about how the Buddha visited and blessed the beautiful, bountiful and picturesque land of Arakan. A land that is sorround by long winding rivers, green mountain ranges and the Indian ocean to the side. The scenic views of this land are truly magical and wonderful."
