Don't ask exactly what you might need in terms of stats to get there at minimum as I don't know. I just know that I have:

Level 4 Agility
Level 4 Strength

I only listed those, since that's all you'll use to do my strategy for getting up there. You might be able to get away with having level 3 stats, but I wouldn't know.
