Hey all! Katie Dunlop here with you today to do our 5-minute booty burn! The name really says it all here. You'll definitely be feeling that burn. The good news is that you can do this from home with no equipment. If you have loop resistance booty band, it can definitely up your workout!

You'll feel some of these moves almost immediately, especially when we get into the thigh work. The goal here is to really work those glute muscles, but that means working a little bit of everything! You'll notice this workout in your abs, down to your hips all the way to your heels. We all love to work that love handle area too, which you'll also be touching on today!
