Google Nexus 5 vs Samsung Galaxy S4 comparison

Google Nexus 5 is the latest Android smartphone from Google and we're putting it through its paces with the Samsung Galaxy S4, the Korean flagship of mid 2013.

Both phones are similar in size and almost identical in weight, but the most obvious difference comes from the premium build quality of the latter, which justifies the premium price you have to pay for the Samsung. The software is another important difference, as the Google Nexus 5 comes with the plain vanilla version of Android, while the Galaxy S4 has to make due with tons of software addons from Samsung.
