Parkrun Takeover - Giving back to the community

Hi all and welcome back.

Although this video is of a course I have run previously (check out my previous video for a more detailed course description)

I ventured out along with the Southern Athletic Club to give back to the parkrun community by taking over and ensuring all volunteer roles were filled by members of the SAC.

Since my last video there has been some exciting developments of people who want to be involved with this channel, I can't say anything as of yet because nothing is set in stone, but a massive thanks to everyone who has supported this channel so far.

I hope these videos inspire you all to get out there and take charge of your physical and mental health.
