This is a Kale and Herb Stripper which helps you save time and can be used with Kale and herbs and I ask my son to help demonstrate how to use it with whole leaf kale as you can see there are a few different hole sizes which you put the Kale stalk through and pull to take the leaves off, only disadvantage is if the stalks are too big to put through, you can always trim it down so it can fit through, it's not as easy with the coriander as the kale are alot tougher so you need more strength to pull the stalk through and the leaves can get stuck in the holes but it only take a second to clear it as you can see, definitely will save time in food preparation.
