With our School for Female Leadership in the Digital Age no longer a dream, but a reality, this special edition of Huawei Women Power Talks sees the School Director, Berta Herrero, discussing the importance of getting more women into leadership roles with two highly talented School students and their inspiring mentors.

Gathering on International Women’s Day 2022, the panellists share their vision to ensure that more women are involved in all types of projects and decision-making positions. They urge women to be an example for those that will follow, and to raise awareness so that things will change.

From cyber security to deep tech and beyond, women in tech, and tech for good, are the way to go.
