I feel like no one talks about their bad days. It seems like everyones life is just sunshine and rainbows on social media. Well not mine, not even close. My mental health has really been struggling this past year and it's caused the rest of my life to fall apart. I just feel so lost and alone. So I'm leaving this here hoping it will help me and anyone else whos struggling.
