Flashless acroyoga machine

I recorded this back in January 2024.

As in the video:
0. Bird
1. Reverse Back Bird on Hands (RBBoH)
2. Throne
3. Reverse Foot to Hand (RF2H)
4. Bird
repeat or finish.

It has the transition from Bird to Reverse Back Bird on Hands which I more recently used for the Flash:
   • Flash acroyoga machine  

With Judith and Amelia I was trying to bypass the Shoulder Stand for a different version of Catherine's Wheel (you can see I still touch the shoulders).
Now that the Flash exists, featuring the "Front Lash", I decided to name this similar machine without the "Front Lash" the Flashless.
