Hang on, interest rate cuts could be on the way

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, annual inflation in America, which is broadly measured by the Consumer Price Index, fell to 3% in June. As inflation continues to fall and become more manageable, the possibility of interest rate cuts are back on the table – potentially coming as soon as September. Ali Velshi breaks down how the Federal Reserve makes these decisions and what they mean for you.
