In order to promote innovation with the aim of increased economic development, the City of Cape Town is supporting three alternative energy service delivery SMMEs working in Cape Town's informal settlements to share their best practice projects via video case studies. Many businesses applied for the opportunity, but only three were selected.

PayGas is a pay-as-you-go LPG gas company that brings affordable cleaner cooking options to townships through cashless micro-refilling stations that dispense LPG to the value the customer chooses. To find out more, watch the video!
