What unfolded at Delhi coaching centre that led to deaths of 3 UPSC aspirants

When 30-35 students were attending online classes Saturday evening, around 6:40 pm, water started gushing inside the basement library of Rau’s IAS study circle in Delhi's Old Rajender Nagar. Within 10 mins the basement was filled with water. Three UPSC aspirants died drowning in the basement.
